“In May there are positive signs, while April and the first quarter are in line with the last months of 2012”. Piersilvio Berlusconi, executive vice president of Mediaset, provided the indications on the advertising revenues of the group on the sidelines of an event on the new initiatives relating to the thematic channels of the Biscione.
Referring then precisely to the thematic channels, Piersilvio Berlusconi specified that "collection is in contrast" with respect to the market. “In the first 4 months of the year the growth is above the double digits”, over 10%.
Next week Mediaset will provide the results for the first quarter of 2013. The Mediaset Spa share gains more than one and a half points in the early afternoon.
