Mbs Consulting, a Cerved Group company active in management consulting and the transformation of the financial and insurance sectors, has added a new member to its management structure. Effective December 2, 2025, Antonio Serrapica assumes responsibility for the Insurance practice with the role of senior partner, leading a central division for the growth of the group.

A profile with twenty years of experience in the sector
The choice falls on a manager with a wealth of skills built up over almost twenty years of working alongside of leading Italian and international insurance groups. Serrapica has overseen top-level strategic projects: redefining business models, redesigning operations, and transforming the P&C, Health, and Life sectors, always with a strong focus on developing services consistent with evolving customer needs.
Before joining Mbs Consulting he held roles of increasing responsibility in leading international consulting firms, leading specialized insurance teams and coordinating complex industry-wide initiatives.
