The US pharmaceutical group CVS Healt, specialized in the distribution of drugs, acquires Aetna, the third American health insurance company. An operation, destined to create a giant in the sector and to redefine the American healthcare industry. CVS will acquire Aetna for $69 billion and expects to close the transaction in the second quarter of 2018. Aetna shareholders will receive the equivalent of $207 per share ($145 in cash and the remainder in stock).
