Faced with press rumors, the eldest daughter of Silvio Berlusconi, who is president of Fininvest and Mondadori, reiterated today that she had never considered the idea of a candidacy in the next general elections. The dedication that business requires of her would not allow her to devote the commitment and respect that she deems necessary to politics.
Marina Berlusconi then affirms that the predisposition for political leadership is not transmissible genetically and all her commitment converges towards the large family businesses which she has been dealing with for more than twenty years.
