Marco Morelli joins Bofa Merrill Lynch as head of corporate and investment banking in Italy

The former Intesa Sanpaolo manager has been appointed Vice-President of Global Corporate and Investment Banking for Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA), as well as Head of Italy and Head of Corporate and Investment Banking in our country - It will be operational from October in Milan.

Marco Morelli arrives at Bofa Merrill Lynch. He is the new Vice-President of Global Corporate and Investment Banking for Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA), as well as responsible for Italy and Head of Corporate and Investment Banking in our country. Morelli comes from Intesa Sanpaolo, where he held the role of deputy general manager of the CEO since March 2010, and, previously, in MPS after being CEO of JP Morgan in Italy.

Marco Morelli will become operational in October based in Milan and will report to Christian Meissner, head of Global Corporate and Investment Banking and interim president for Europe and emerging markets (ex-Asia), and to Bob Elfring, co-head of Corporate and Investment Banking for EMEA.
