PRO-ALITALIA REGULATION: INVITALIA INCREASE BY 300 MILLION
"In order to encourage investment activities in the transport sector, functional to the consolidation and development of the related services, also through the attraction of foreign investments - reads the draft - the Ministry of Economy and Finance is authorized to deliberate and sign , even in several solutions, an increase in the share capital of Invitalia, up to a maximum of 300 million euros in 2017". The increase should allow the Treasury subsidiary to provide the public guarantee to Alitalia.
SHORT RENTALS AND AIRBNB COUPON FROM JUNE XNUMXST
The new coupon on "short-term rentals" will take effect from 21 June, which will concern both holiday homes and properties rented through portals such as Booking and AirBnb. The regulation confirms the rate at 2% (optional) but establishes that subjects carrying out the intermediation activity, real estate agencies or online portals, act as withholding agents by withholding the taxes to be paid.
