Maneuver, final ok from Parliament

Final go-ahead from Parliament to the maneuver to correct public accounts. In second reading the House, which in the early afternoon had already ensured trust in the government, approved the decree that should allow our country to eliminate the deficit in 2014. There were 314 votes in favour, 280 against and two abstentions. The text has not undergone any changes with respect to the version approved by the Senate. At this point, only the signature of the President of the Republic, Giorgio Napolitano, is missing, then the budget will be law. It is about thefastest approval ever: just four days for all parliamentary passages. A speed necessary to reassure the markets after the recent speculative attacks and which the Head of State has defined as "miraculous".
