Maneuver, change the fiscal calendar: 730 pre-filled on July 23rd

The House Budget Committee has approved a number of maneuver amendments is the most important deadlines of the fiscal calendar change: the pre-compiled 730 will be sent in a single deadline by 23 July, the 770 (of the withholding agents) postponed to 31 October as well as the tax return and the Irap declaration; the September expiry of the spesometer runs from the 16th to the 30th of the month.

As for the pre-compiled 730, explained Michele Pelillo (Pd) among the signatories of one of the amendments that ordered the changes, "we had a double deadline that drove Cafs crazy, i.e. July 23rd which was the final deadline and July 7th which had to see the transmission of 80%: the deadline of July 7 is canceled and the single date of July 23 remains".

The 770, then, "was subject to extensions almost every year because it overlapped with other deadlines: when fully operational we move it from 31 July to 31 October of each year".

The first installment of the spending meter passes from 16 to 30 September and consequently, to avoid overlapping of fulfilments, the tax return and the IRAP declaration passes from 30 September to 31 October.

It is a question, Pelillo underlined, of the modification of "five most important deadlines of the fiscal calendar", which "will create greater usability on the part of professionals and will enable everyone to fulfill their fiscal obligations with greater serenity".

In the afternoon, the session in the Budget Committee of the House on the maneuver on the second day of voting ended. The works were supposed to start in the morning and instead the start was postponed to around 13 pm and then stopped again after about an hour and restarted after more than an hour and a half. Shortly after 17 the president of the commission Francesco Boccia (Pd) announced the closure of the session.

It will resume on Saturday at 11. According to Boccia, the articles "from 1 to 13, sport, foreign affairs, other income, games and agriculture" will be addressed.
