Mann, National Archaeological Museum of Naples inaugurates the 2024-2025 program (calendar of events)

The review will start on Thursday 10 October and will be the General Director of the Museums of the Ministry of Culture, Professor Massimo Osanna, to inaugurate, with a lesson on the new installations of the Institute, the cultural path 2024/2025. “Once again, the Incontri di Archeologia are configured as a showcase of excellence to tell the story of a cultural heritage in progress, always open to the themes of discovery and change. For this reason, we have carefully constructed a program that could not only address professionals, but also those who are curious about a living and dynamic world like that of archaeology. Immediacy in communication, analytical approach, methodological innovation are the identity matrices of our conferences“, comments Professor Osanna. The meetings, which will be scheduled until May 2025, will involve Museum officials and external speakers, who will illustrate projects and research related to the MANN sections and installations. A special focus will be dedicated to the collections of the Medal collection and Numismatics section. The Archaeology Meetings are curated by the Head of Educational Services at MANN, Giovanni Vastano, in collaboration with Miriam Capobianco and the other members of the office staff.
