Bad weather: risk of storm in Rome, but Alemanno reduces the alarm

The bad weather warning in Rome is confirmed, but, through the mouth of the mayor Gianni Alemanno himself, slightly attenuated by the latest meteorological analyses. According to the statement released by the Civil Protection, “the most significant phenomena are expected between mid-afternoon and late evening, with more abundant rain at the moment estimated after 20pm".

The alert therefore remains, "but we can tell people to stay a little calmer", said Alemanno, who then spoke of the areas most at risk, those "structurally fragile due to lack of sewers", namely Prima Porta , the Littoral, the Tiburtina and Piana del Sole, where the prevention efforts of the Civil Protection were concentrated in particular, to avoid a repetition of what happened in Rome last year and in Naples in the past few days, with the flood of the subway.
