Maire Tecnimont announces that it has won 108 million dollars of contracts for engineering services and licensing activities, Ep and Epc. The orders, which Maire Tecnimont was awarded through its main subsidiaries, are linked to the core business oil & gas, petrochemicals and fertilizers in North America, Europe and Central and Southeast Asia.
Specifically, through the subsidiary Kt Kinetics Technology, has increased its presence in East Asia and will carry out engineering procurement (EP) activities related to a refining complex in Indonesia. It is also noted that ticb, the group's engineering center based in Mumbai, has strengthened its dominant position in the Electrical & Instrumentation sector with some new activities that will be carried out for a refining plant in India.
The group's strategy aims to expand the business in markets with growth prospects in the downstream sector, where hydrocarbon-related investments are on the rise.
New orders have also been announced in Italy where Tecnimont Civil Construction will be responsible for the construction of high-tech buildings.
