Maire Tecnimont communicated the dates of the capital increase. After the shareholders' meeting gave the go-ahead for the almost 6 million euro operation on 150 June, today the company announced that the option rights can be exercised between 1 July and 18 July inclusive, while the same will be negotiable in the period between 1 July and 11 July (included extremes).
Any option rights not exercised at the end of the offer period will be offered within the month following the expiry of the option offer period. The start of the operation and the calendar are naturally subject to the issue by Consob of the measure authorizing the publication of the information prospectus relating to the offer.
At Piazza Affari the title in the early afternoon loses just under a point and a half percentage. Since the beginning of the year, it has lost 17,19%.
