LVenture, new funding for startups

New funding for two startups of the LVenture ecosystem. Qurami and Risparmio Super have raised new resources for a total of 1,87 million euros to support their development. In detail, Risparmio Super approved a capital increase of a total of 1.375.000 euros, of which a first tranche of one million was subscribed by LVenture Group together with other investors. Furthermore, an agreement was formalized which provides for an investment of a total of 375.000 euros by the industrial partner Qui!Group, a leading Italian group in the sector of service certificates, payment systems and loyalty programmes. Risparmio Super is an application that compares supermarket prices and allows food sector chains to compare competitors' prices and offers and to collect data on consumer behaviour.
As far as Qurami is concerned, the funds raised amounted to 500.000 euros through the intervention of Lventure itself, of the members of Iag (Italian Angel for Growth) and other business angels. Qurami's technological innovation concerns the waiting mechanisms for queues: it allows you to take the number for the queue via smartphone, know the number of people in front of you, the estimated waiting time and receive a notification when your turn approaches .

Two cases that demonstrate how the universe of start-ups continues to attract the interest of investors. Among other things, LVenture has entered into agreements with three investor networks in order to increase its deal flow and the possibility of co-investment. These are Euroventures, venture capital promoted by Eurogroup; Club Italia Investimenti 2 and Withfounders. With the signing of the agreement with Euroventures, a collaboration and co-investment relationship is launched, thanks to which Euroventures will invest in the startups coming from the acceleration programs managed by Luiss Enlabs (the accelerator owner of Lvg). Furthermore, a "contest" dedicated to Italian startups will be promoted, in which the most innovative business idea will be rewarded and financed.

The agreement with Club Italia Investimenti 2 provides for the joint investment of CII2 and Lvg in the startup Tutored (which entered the 5th acceleration program of Luiss Enlabs in July) and the entry of a CII2 representative, Cristiano Esclapon, founder of the network, within the Board of Advisors of Luiss Enlabs. Finally, the agreement with Withfounders provides for the entry of one of the founders of Withfounders, Daniele Meini, on the Board of Advisors of the business acceleration program managed by Luiss Enlabs.
