In execution of the agreement signed in 2012 with Fenix, formerly Salmoiraghi & Viganò Holding, Luxottica exercised the option to purchase 63,2% of Salmoiraghi & Viganò. Completion of the transaction - indicates a note from Luxottica - is expected within the first quarter of 2017. Luxottica had acquired 36% of Salmoiraghi in November 2012.
