Logista has been selected for the third consecutive year among the 126 companies out of 7.000 worldwide that are part of list A of the Carbon Disclosure Project (Cdp). These are the companies most engaged in the fight against climate change through the reduction of CO2 emissions.
Logista distributes products and services for proximity resellers in southern Europe, where it serves hundreds of thousands of points of sale in Spain, Italy, France and Portugal.
Over 90% of the Group's facilities use electricity produced from renewable sources, including all the directly managed centers in Spain, France, Italy and Portugal, where a system for the use, recovery and reuse of boxes has also been implemented of cardboard.
As of 2013, the group calculates the carbon emissions of each activity, including indirect and franchised ones, the purchase of products and services, water consumption or waste generation.
