The spread goes up, Piazza Affari slips

This morning at the opening session the Italian spread started to rise again, once again exceeding the threshold of 450 basis points. After opening at 440, the yield differential between 10-year Italian government bonds and the equivalent German Bunds regained its share and in a few minutes reached a peak of 454 points, to then stabilize at around 450.

The new width of the scissor corresponds to yields on our 5,907-year bonds of XNUMX%, from 5,835% at the end of yesterday's session.

It gets worse at Spain, which sees its spread floating almost 100 points above the Italian one, at 545, with interest rates at 6,855%.

Meanwhile, Piazza Affari travels in red, leaving 0,81% in the field. Milan is for the moment the worst among the European stock exchanges after Madrid, which has slipped by almost a point and a half. The losses on the other markets were more contained, although they are all in negative territory.
