The increased VAT drives the fuel economy

The adjustment of the tax by one percentage point, decided as a maneuver by the Government, further fuels the cost of fuel. The green is inexorably aiming for 1,7 euros, setting a new record of 1,646 per litre.

The increased VAT drives the fuel economy

The increase in VAT from 20% to 21% had an immediate effect: the price increases recommended to managers for greenery reach 1,4 cents per litre. For diesel the price increase is 1,3, while for LPG it is 0,5 cents.

This was reported by the Energy newspaper. The green actually touches the level of 1,7 euros: thus it flies to the new record of 1,646 in the Tamoil plants.
