Turkish lira down (-12%): ECB alarm on EU bank exposure

The Turkish lira falls to small. In the morning, Ankara's currency lost 12%, to 6,264 against the dollar.

In addition to fears about the country's future economic policies, there is also a report by the Financial Times according to which ECB supervisors are concerned about the high exposure of eurozone banks to Turkish debt.
