Inter wakes up and conquers Bologna without Icardi

First victory of the season for the Nerazzurri despite Icardi's forfeit due to muscle fatigue – After a sleepy first half, Nainggolan scored in the second half to push Spalletti's team to a resounding 3-0 lead, even if Bologna didn't deserve such severe punishment.

Inter wakes up and conquers Bologna without Icardi

Finelmente Inter! At the third attempt, Spalletti's men they find the first victory of their championship and thus begin to get on the right track. The good news is essentially this, the rest will have to be better and quite a lot, otherwise it will be difficult to aim for the most noble areas of the standings. In fact, the Nerazzurri seen in Bologna appeared far below expectations and woe to be fooled by the 3-0 final, much rounder than what the pitch said. In fact, for over an hour Inzaghi had managed to block Spalletti in a marshy 0-0 draw, much more in line with the Dall'Ara field than with the expectations of the eve. But then Inter found the flash of the champion, the right play to unhinge the impasse and win the game. Radjah Nainggolan could not have chosen a better day to debut with a goal: in fact, this, in addition to being very beautiful, is really important and allows Spalletti to have a serene break, far from the controversies of recent days and from those which, inevitably, would have emerged in the event of a yet another misstep. The Belgian showed everyone his top player skills, moreover on the day when Icardi was forced to retire due to a muscle problem: played as a leader, the first, Spalletti hopes, of a long series.

"We suffered a bit at the beginning, but then the team unblocked itself and in the end we deservedly won – his analysis at the press conference. – Unfortunately there are still some players under tone and we have to work quickly on this, if we want to win matches we have to sweat and show more quality”. The one that, as previously mentioned, brought out Nainggolan, thus ennobling a race that, until then, had seen him rather on the sidelines. He looked like a Radjah still a long way from an acceptable condition, then that shot of his came and Inter magically saw the light again. In fact, after the 1-0 all the scenarios changed and the Nerazzurri, thrilled by a header by Santander that came out of the game very little apart, definitively took over the scene. Candreva then took care of closing the games, one who last year failed to score a single goal despite the permanent title and who yesterday, in just 16', instead found the way to the net thanks to a nice assist from Perisic. The Croatian himself then embellished everything with a 3-0 right foot, a punishment that was too severe for Inzaghi but nonetheless passed on the record. Now the break, after which Spalletti hopes to see much greater physical growth. Because quality is great and, properly supported, it could launch Inter towards a truly important season.
