Inter resurrects and beats Juve in comeback (2 to 1)

The Italian champions lose their unbeaten run and their lead in the standings against a transformed Inter who played with impressive intensity and great pace – Juve took the lead through Lichtsteiner but then Icardi led the comeback and equalized before Perisic score the winning goal

A transformed Inter led by a great Icardi knocked out Juve for the first time in this championship and made them lose their lead in the standings, which thus passed to Napoli.

De Boer managed to harness the black and white very well, for large stretches without Higuain, and to impose his own pace by playing 90 minutes of great intensity. Yet Juve, while never managing to take the reins of the game, had taken the lead midway through the second half thanks to Lichtsteiner.

But Inter, even if at a disadvantage, never lost heart and with a fantastic Icardi they prepared the comeback which first translated into a draw achieved by the captain himself and then even managed to win with a great goal from Perisic .

Like Wednesday in the Champions League against Sevilla, Juve disappointed again today above all because Pjanic is unable to lead the midfield and because Mandzukic has made Higuain regret, who only came on in the last 20 minutes.

A defeat is not enough to reduce Juve, but certainly the amalgam of the new ones is proving to be more difficult than expected and the opponents take advantage of it while Sarri's Napoli enjoys it at the top of the table.
