Ligresti: Sinergia's bankruptcy arrangement filed with the Milan court

After the bankruptcy of Imco, the bankruptcy agreement of the other Ligresti holding company, Sinergia, arrives today at the Court of Milan. Fonsai waives credits for 101 million with the Sinergia arrangement. Meanwhile, Minister Cancellieri intervenes in Parliament to explain the phone call in which he makes himself available to the Ligresti family.

Ligresti: Sinergia's bankruptcy arrangement filed with the Milan court

The bankruptcy agreement of Sinergia, the Ligresti family holding company, has been filed with the Milan court. The company had been declared bankrupt in recent months together with the other holding company Imco.

In recent weeks, the bankruptcy agreement of Imco had been filed, today, according to what Radiocor reports, the one of Senergia arrives.

Fonsai and Milano Assicurazioni have declared that they are ready to waive credits for 101 million as part of the composition proposal presented by Sinergia. 

Meanwhile the Minister of Justice, Anna Maria Cancellieri, is speaking in Parliament regarding the phone call in which she makes herself available to the Ligresti family.
