"The right or wrong choices on the subject of overall political stability can be worth an extra billion, one and a half billion euros in terms of the cost of interest rates between now and the end of the year". The warning was launched by the Prime Minister, Enrico Letta, who spoke today in the Senate to report on the G20 and on the political fibrillations of recent days.
"In these Halls and in the commissions we fight to move 10 or 50 million from one part of the budget to another - he added -. This is why the positive result of years of effort achieved at the G20 is a theme that I want to underline here for this aspect : it only takes a moment to throw away all the sacrifices we have made and the positive result achieved over the years".
