Leonardo incorporates Dynamic Systems: ok from the board

Leonardo's board of directors has approved the merger by incorporation of the company of Sistemi Dinamici, an engineering company active in the development, production and sale of aircraft.

The transaction was also approved by the extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting of Sistemi Dinamici. The merger, for accounting and tax purposes, awill take effect from 1 January 2020.

Sistemi Dinamici is directly and entirely controlled by Leonardo and the merger, which is part of the overall One Company project for the strategic/corporate rationalization of some assets, represents the completion of the integration process started in 2016 with the acquisition by Leonardo of the entire capital of Sistemi Dinamici.

In fact, we recall that the company was transferred to Leonardo after the partial demerger from Augusta Westland which took place in 2016. At the end of the same year, Leonardo purchased the remaining 60% of the capital of Sistemi Dinamici from the shareholder IDS- Ingegneria dei Sistemi, gaining control total of the company.

At Piazza Affari the title Leonardo gains 0,92% to 10,92 euros against a Ftse Mib slightly above parity (+0,05%).
