Leonardo, Ferrovie dello Stato and Tim win the national Innovation award in their respective categories.
The recognition, promoted by the Cotec Foundation, annually photographs the innovative capabilities of companies, universities, public administrations and individual inventors.
The company led by Alessandro Profumo obtained the award for the project developed by the Aircraft section which according to the promoters of the initiative "will have a significant effect on the elimination of the use of chromium in the processes for protecting aluminum aerostructures from corrosion, as well as recommended by the European Union legislation REACH (acronym for Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and restriction of CHemicals), which defines the dangers and risks associated with the use of certain chemical products”, reads Leonardo's note.

As regards Ferrovie dello Stato, the company received two awards: the first in the "Industry and services" category of the Confindustria Business Innovation Award, the second in the general ranking drawn up by the Swedish company talent communications Potential Park for the best online job hunting experience.
