Two days ago, the shareholders' meeting dthe Leonardos appointed the new Board of Directors, led by ex-minister Roberto crawlers, who became managing director of the defense company, and by the new president Stefano Pontecorvo. Assogestioni was excluded from the board, with the minority seats going to the formation proposed by some funds (GreenWood, Sachem and Banor).
However, the news at Leonardo's top management does not end there. Today the company has made it known that, following the organizational reorganization ". the powers assigned to Lucio Valerio Cioffi as general manager have been withdrawn. The parties have therefore identified a consensual solution for a progressive exit path from the company.
Leonardo added that Cioffi "will continue to maintain the employment relationship with the company as a manager until the completion of the shared path and, consequently, there are no severance indemnities, nor the attribution of indemnity or other benefits linked to the termination of the load".
Leonardo thanks Cioffi "for the precious contribution he has guaranteed in the various roles with increasing responsibility in almost 40 years of service", concludes the note.
