Leonardo informs that he has sold to Emera SrL the entire investment held in Eurotech SpA, equal to 11,08% of the share capital (3.936.461 shares), at a price of 4,58 euro per share for a total consideration of approximately 18 million euro. Eurotech is a company dedicated to the research, development and production of miniaturized computers and high-performance computers, and is listed on the FTSE Italia Small Cap and FTSE Italia STAR indices of the Italian Stock Exchange. The completion of the transaction is expected on August 5, 2019.
