Lendix, a leading company in Europe in lending-based crowdfunding – and Openjobmetis, the Employment Agency active in the administration, search, outplacement and training of personnel – have entered into a collaboration agreement.
The two companies, both close to the world of small and medium-sized enterprises, have decided to exploit the existing synergies between their respective activities to launch a joint offer on the Italian market that combines Openjobmetis personnel administration services with financing solutions by Lendix.
Thanks to this agreement, Italian SMEs with growth plans that envisage staff expansion will be able to take advantage of the simplicity and speed of the Lendix credit disbursement process to cover the financial needs deriving from the investment.
The start of the agreement is scheduled for autumn 2017 and will include a road-show in the area in the main Italian cities in order to offer companies the new partnership signed by Lendix-Openjobmetis.
“We are thrilled to partner with a leading and innovation-sensitive company like Openjobmetis. For Lendix it is essential to make Italian SMEs aware of the new financing opportunities available”, comments Sergio Zocchi, CEO of Lendix Italia. “With this partnership we hope to be able to make a contribution to the development of the real economy. We have chosen to support a partner who has the same DNA as us and with Openjobmetis we are convinced that we are creating a valuable offer for entrepreneurs in a complex period such as the one we are experiencing.”
“Signing this agreement with an important international partner such as Lendix represents one more opportunity for us to demonstrate how close Openjobmetis is to SMEs, the beating heart of our Italy. How much you believe in the increasingly strategic importance of creating a network of services and synergies that can offer entrepreneurs innovative solutions that allow them to outline and develop a future horizon of growth also in terms of expanding and enhancing human capital ”, adds Rosario Rasizza, CEO of Openjobmetis.
