More trouble ahead for Umberto Bossi and the Northern League. In fact, the Milan prosecutor's office, through prosecutors Alfredo Robledo, Paolo Filippini and Roberto Pellicano, notified the Senatùr of guarantee information at the headquarters of the Carroccio in via Bellerio: the accusation is of fraud against the State in the investigation into the use of the Lega's electoral reimbursements.
Together with Umberto Bossi they are under investigation also the sons Riccardo and Renzo accused of embezzlement and Senator Piergiorgio Stiffoni for whom the accusation is embezzlement in relation to the use of Carroccio funds in the Senate. Entrepreneur Paolo Scala has also been included in the register of suspects for money laundering.
