Banca Ifis Impresa lease: stipulated in 2017 for over 700 million

The business unit of the Veneto bank dedicated to capital goods, cars, equipment and technology leased for companies, has reached loans in the portfolio of almost 1,4 billion (+12,4%) - Customers are now 71.442.

2017 ended with good results for the Leasing business unit of Banca IFIS Impresa which has achieved important milestones. Thus ends the first year of leasing for Banca IFIS Impresa, which entered this market in November 2016 with the acquisition of the former Interbanca Group.

In 2017, the Leasing business unit recorded a 26% increase in contracts signed (713 million euros) compared to the same period of 2016, growing more than the market (+12,9%). The biggest momentum came from I share instrumental which recorded growth in volumes almost 3 times the market average (+53,8%); The car leasing continued to register a trend in line with expectations (+10%), reaching almost 400 million euro equal to a 7% market share.

Il intermediation margin amounted to 62,7 million euro while total loans in the portfolio reached almost 1,4 billion euro (+12,4% compared to 2016).

Banca IFIS Impresa will participate in Lease 2018, the first Leasing and Rental Exhibition to be held in Milan at the Sole24Ore headquarters on 20-21 March. Massimo Macciocchi will speak on 21 March at 14.30 pm at the round table 'Organization and innovation in financial services' and will discuss how the revolution in financial services can also be achieved through innovation in processes and the efficiency of corporate organisation.
