The best companies to work for: Google always stands out

For the fourth year in a row, Google occupies the top position of the list of the 25 best companies to work for compiled by Fortune magazine. The ranking is based on thousands of interviews with employees of hundreds of companies around the world. In second place is SAS, a group that deals with software development, while in third place another American company closes the podium, WL Gore which, like SAS, has around 10.000 employees (nothing compared to Google's 56.000) and deals with fabrics: it is the manufacturer of Gore-Tex. Also in the top ten are the German insurance company Daimler Financial Services in fifth place, Adecco in seventh place and the group that produces Autocad, Autodesk, in eighth place.

Three hotel chains present in the 25: Hyatt Hotels (11th place), Accor (13th place) and Hilton (17th place). The group that makes Illustrator and Photoshop, Adobe, is in 22nd place while Cisco is in 14th. Spirits producer Diageo (Guinness, Johnnie Walker…) occupies the 12th position, while confectionery giant Mars is in XNUMXth position. Three American giants close the list. They are Monsanto, 3M and American Express at 23rd, 24th and 25th Streets, respectively. As far as banks are concerned, only one enters the rankings this year, the Canadian Scotiabank. One last note: no Italian company entered the ranking.
