1- Mps: all the details of the plan that sends the stock market up and down

The BoD unanimously approved the plan which envisages a capital increase of 5 billion and the deconsolidation of non-performing loans within the year, with the aim of bringing the bank back to profit at 1,1 billion. The CEO Morelli presented it to the market but after a surge of more than 20%, the abrupt about-face: the stock sinks and drags the entire price list downwards – Only success fees for the banks in the consortium.
