1- ECB, Draghi: rates won't go up, on with Qe

The President of the ECB explained that the Governing Council will wait for December to evaluate the next monetary policy moves - Rates, however, "will remain low for a long time to come, well beyond the horizon of Qe", which expires in March and could be extended – “Sudden monetary tightening unlikely”. 2- Mps flies, Mediaset slips and Draghi calms the markets
