Maw-Men at work and In Job Spa join forces. The two strong companies in the human resources sector have launched the joint development plan which provides for the opening of 80 new direct branches in Italy by the end of 2022, with a dual brand. The operation had been announced but the work phases that allow the start of operations have now been completed. The plans envisage the opening of new double Maw and In Job branches in Lombardy, Veneto, Friuli, Piedmont, Trentino, Emilia, Tuscany, Marche, Abruzzo, Lazio. The opening is expected in capital cities and small towns to allow widespread coverage of the whole Italian territory.
The development plan, underlines a note, is another important stage within the strategic path of the new Group led by Federico Vione, which aims to reach one billion in revenues by 2025 through organic growth and acquisitions, with the doubling of its workforce by 2022, reaching a total of 800 resources, thanks to 400 new entries.

“While everyone is moving towards the digitization of services, we are investing in proximity to people and businesses – he explained Federico Vione, CEO of Maw -. Wherever there is work, we want to be there, to help people realize their aspirations and companies to find exactly the resources they need”.

Maw is an employment agency founded in 1998 and has been growing steadily ever since. It is present in eight regions with over 70 branches. The company closed 2020 with a turnover of 270 million euros and "the first half of 2021 with growth of more than 50% compared to 2020, thus confirming the forecast of over 360 million in turnover for the year". In Job was founded in 2001 in Verona. It closed 2020 with more than 50 million in turnover, and has 2 thousand direct and temporary employees and 20 agencies. Its distinctive character is the selection of qualified personnel in sectors and brands representative of Made in Italy.
