Labor Minister Enrico Giovannini said this on the sidelines of a conference at Bocconi University. "Since August 7, when the decree was converted, we have been observing an increase in permanent contracts for young people," said Giovannini, specifying that the ministry monitors the daily data, and will shortly release the final numbers.
