Youth work: Generali Italia launches the Generali 4Neet project

Generali Italia, together with the Veneto Region and Job Select, has decided to launch new paths aimed at encouraging the inclusion of young people within the company's corporate realities

With the project Generali4Neet - Professional Incubator, Generali is committed to increasing the number of traineeships and the level of employment of young people who have finished their studies and are not yet part of the world of work, i.e. the so-called NEET (Not in Education, Employment or Training), which will therefore be offered new job opportunities.

They will leave at the end of May 3 new training courses aimed at 35 young people from the Veneto in the fields of: Project Management, Data Analytics and Insurtech, Customer Experience Marketing and Digital Communication.

“Generali4Neet – reads the note published by the company – it is part of the agreement signed by Generali Italia in January 2017 with the Ministry of Work to promote employment NEET subscribed to Youth Guarantee offering them job opportunities and professional growth through training internships in the company".

To date in the Veneto region, where there are 61.000 Youth Guarantee members, 10 courses have already been launched Generali4Neet which involved around 70 people in the various Generali companies based in Mogliano Veneto.

Gianluca Perin, Director of Human Resources and Organization of Generali Italia he declared: “Generali Italia is very sensitive to the issue of youth employment. A constant commitment that takes the form of job opportunities and apprenticeship and training courses offered by the Company to young people, but also through collaboration with national and local bodies and employment agencies. And with Generali4Neet we want to have an active role in the socio-economic system of the Veneto by promoting social inclusion, job placement and training recovery of young people”.

Those interested can find more information on the profiles they are looking for by visiting the "Work with Us" page on the site www.generali.it from where they can send their resume.

The selections will close by mid-May. A period of classroom training will then follow and the internships will begin in mid-June at the various Generali companies in Mogliano Veneto.
