Work, look for a job online: the Unioncamere site

Created as part of the Excelsior information system promoted by Unioncamere in collaboration with Anpal, the monthly bulletin monitors the employment forecasts of private companies in industry and services even on a quarterly basis to provide timely information to support policies active work.

How many job positions are planned by companies for the period between September and November 2017? What are the most requested professional profiles? How many job positions offer more opportunities to young people and women? What educational qualifications are the most popular? This and more in the new issue of Excelsior Informs online, the bulletin of professional and training needs of companies for the period between September and November 2017.

Created as part of the Excelsior information system promoted by Unioncamere in collaboration with Anpal, the monthly bulletin monitors the employment forecasts of private companies in industry and services even on a quarterly basis to provide timely information to support policies active work. The data is available by economic sector, single province and for each of the 550 employment centers operating in the territories.

Between September and November of this year, the revenues planned by businesses will be around 996 thousand (including permanent and fixed-term contracts, including those of a seasonal nature, and temporary staff and non-employee collaboration contracts). The difficulty of finding them was stable compared to the previous survey, which stood at 24,3% of the revenues programmed between September and November (compared to 24,2%). There are 359 revenues expected for young people under 30, 36% of the total, up on the 34% of the previous survey period. The technical professions in the scientific, engineering and production fields are the ones for which the greatest difficulties are highlighted in identifying the candidate sought (almost one entry out of two could be critical). Accommodation and catering services, advanced business support services and commerce are the sectors of activity that expect to allocate more opportunities to young people under 30.
