In the field of finance and private banking, Banca Generali is the best company to work in Italy. This was stated by an independent research conducted by the German Institute of Quality and Finance, which analyzed the panorama of large companies active in our country to evaluate which are the best employers in each sector.
In the 2021-2022 edition of the analysis, the Lion institute obtained the maximum score (100 points), displacing American Express from the first step of the podium, which falls into second position. The bronze medal goes to Banca Ifis (82,6 points), while in fourth place is Banca Mediolanum (61,1 points).
In the research, the German Institute of Quality and Finance took into consideration 27 indicators, including working climate, professional development, growth prospects, sustainability and corporate values. The survey was conducted through various channels: direct analysis, social listening and the use of artificial intelligence.
