The Bot auction fills up: negative rates

The interest rates rose slightly, but remained below the 0% threshold Semi-annual BoTs auctioned today. In fact, the Treasury has placed all the 6,25 billion six-month BOTs envisaged for a negative yield equal to -0,042%, up 4 basis points from last month's auction.
