The Association of German Public Banks (Voeb): Greece's exit would not be a disaster

"A Greek exit from the Eurozone would not be disastrous, but it would be manageable and would have little or no effect on German citizens." To declare it is Christian Brand, number one of the Association of German Public Banks (VoeB), in anticipation of an interview given to the newspaper Suedwest Presse.

As for European policies, Brand expects the introduction of the financial transaction taxalthough this is an error. “My fear is that ultimately it's the young guy who foots the bill, the one who invests his retirement money in stocks or keeps a portfolio for his grandchildren,” Brand said.
