No more amnesties, including tax amnesties, and the Constitution must enshrine this prohibition. This is what an amendment by Linda Lanzillotta (Bees) to the government's bill reforming the articoli 41 (private economic initiative is free) e 118 (administrative functions attributed to Municipalities, Provinces and Regions).

"It is forbidden to condone - reads the proposal - offenses committed due to violations of the rules, including fiscal ones, which regulate the initiative and the economic activity of citizens and businesses". The bill is under consideration in the House of the Chamber, but will resume next Tuesday. Today the Select Committee reviewed the amendments introduce yourself. 45 in all, including some additional ones. The meeting was therefore adjourned to next Tuesday and therefore for this week the assembly will not proceed on this text.

Among the amendments also those of the rapporteur, Donato Bruno: in particular the one that proposes to eliminate the constraint on the basis of which the laws in the economic field can intervene "only" to "prevent the formation of monopolies", which would prevent economic policy measures. Another amendment by the rapporteur will concern the obligation to privatize, contained in the modification of article 118 of the Constitution: the text approved by the Commission stated that the State and local authorities can "only" carry out activities which "cannot be adequately carried out by individual citizens or associates".
