Lampa e Glb group, active in the market of accessories for the world of luxury, announce a strategic industrial partnership, with the aim of becoming "the point of reference for luxury brands", explains a note. The two groups will work together in the production of accessories (Lampa produces accessories in resin and plastic materials for luxury brands, Glb is made up of the Obi, Iab and Scaf companies and specializes in the creation and production of metal accessories and costume jewellery) .

The partnership is part of the wider project, which sees it as the reference shareholder White Bridge Investments, to create "the Italian leader in the sector through the aggregation of excellent suppliers to meet the needs of fashion and luxury brands", as stated in a note. The goal is to guarantee a high level of service, especially in terms of responsiveness and speed of delivery. The Glb group is led by Luca Boncompagni, which will continue to direct it in the next phase of growth. "The partnership will allow the group to expand its offer, adding metal accessories to those in plastic and resin materials", they said Mirko e Luca Bertoli, managing directors of Lampa. The union "will allow us to invest ever greater resources in the development of our company and to continue to innovate and experiment in a constantly evolving sector", he added Luca Boncompagni, CEO of the Glb group.

In the operation, Lampa was assisted by Thomas Lillo ed Emilio Pestarino by Houlihan Lokey as M&A advisor, from Richard Martinelli e Raffaele Ciccarelli of Vitale&Co as financial advisor and by the Pedersoli law firm as legal advisor, with Alessandro Marriage e Massimo Trimboli Ragusa. Deloitte performed financial and tax due diligence, with teams led by Marco Bastasin e Mario de Blasi, while Andrea Ferretti of Bilma oversaw the environmental due diligence.
