The theme of the short week is becoming increasingly popular. The agreement also defined a substantial increase of the annual result continuity bonus, which will go from 332 euros in 2022 to 2.200 euros in 2026 (with an increase to 1000 euros in 2023, 1400 in 2024 and 1800 in 2025). The new Achievement Award will be equal to 4.000 euros. Furthermore, increases are envisaged in various allowances linked to production and for the enhancement of employee skills.
The total amount that will be paid annually to Lamborghini employees, in addition to the salary provided for by the National Contract, will thus rise from 13.500 euros to approximately 16.000 euros (of which 4000 are variable and 12.000 are certain). With the November 2023 paycheck (paid on December 11th) a salary will also be paid extraordinary prize, linked to the sixtieth anniversary of the company, equal to 1.063 euros. New conditions also for the contract where the fight against pirate contracts is envisaged and by encouraging second-level supplementary agreements within the community of the production site.

New tools for families and the fight against gender violence

The negotiation also led to the introduction of various tools for the support of parenthood and for the contrast to gender violence. In particular, gods will be created paid leave in the case of adoption and fostering of a child and for the inclusion of children in nursery or nursery school, as well as a 10% increase in the company contribution for parental leave which reaches 80% of the salary. As regards the contrast to gender violence, training is made mandatory, in collaboration with the associations that operate in the area on the topic, a working group on "social innovation" is also set up with the aim of gaining new civic rights.
