The supplementary contract of the Lamborghini group was renewed late on Tuesday evening. The news was given by the Fim Cisl which illustrated the main chapters. Among these is the management of Big Data as well as obviously the improvement of the economic component (performance bonus) whose values ​​go from 3000 euros in 2018 to 3500 euros in 2019 to reach 3800 euros the same for everyone in 2022.

With regard to individual rights, 4 hours of additional leave per year are introduced for medical check-ups involving minor children or the parents of employees, which can also be used in the event of veterinary check-ups, an increase in the days of leave is envisaged pursuant to law 53/2000, it is also confirmed the path that will soon lead to the establishment of the “bank of solidarity hours. Furthermore, to reduce gender discrimination, it is interesting to increase the company contribution for periods of optional maternity leave (which goes from 30% to 40% paid by the company which is added to the 30% recognized by INPS) if both parents make use of the institute, to promote "parental equality".

Turning instead to the news on the economic level, starting from 2020, an indicator of the Performance Bonus will be linked to environmental sustainability. From 2021, an annual disbursement will be added to the performance bonus - also defined on the basis of a commitment contained in the 2018 bridging agreement - called PCR (Result Continuity Bonus) which will make a value equal to 10% of the average disbursed as a result bonus in previous years.

“Both the PDR and the PCR will be recognized, as in the contractual history of the Bolognese metalworkers, to all workers – the Fim Cisl note continues – regardless of the type of contract, and therefore also to temporary workers (former temporary workers). Still with reference to the economic part, the file allowance (fixed monthly amount recognized to direct production staff with assigned times) is re-evaluated, going from 40 euros per month to 48 euros per month and the company contribution is increased starting from January 2021 for workers who adhere to supplementary pension funds of a contractual nature (Previlabor and Cometa) going from the current 2,2% to 2,5% .

The agreement will now be submitted to the approval of Lamborghini employees who will evaluate the agreement through a referendum
