Francesco Rotondi, founding member of the Studio LabLaw (specialized in labor law), together with his team he supported NH Hotel, multinational hotel company, in continuation of the negotiations with the National and Territorial Trade Union Organizations concluded on 14 January, with the signing of a second and further agreement before the Ministry of Labor and Social Policies, concerning the completion of the strategic reorganization plan launched in the second semester of the year 2012, which involves 20 of the company's current 50 hotels.
The agreement in question provides, among other things, in continuity with the previous agreement of 4 October, the recourse to the redundancy fund in derogation for a total of 125 workers and mobility for 93 workers until June 2013; moreover, the implementation of a "Social Plan" is envisaged aimed at managing the redundancies declared with the identification of the relative incentive measures for leaving, as well as paths for possible reabsorption both through the implementation of a new work organization and through the intervention of specialized third-party companies to which the company has already outsourced, starting from last October, activities previously carried out by internal personnel.
