Following the preliminary agreements concluded in December 2014, the closing was completed for the entry of TIPO – TIP-Pre IPO SpA, a company owned by merchant bank independent listed TIP – Tamburi Investment Partners SpA, in the share capital of iGuzzini Illuminazione SpA, a well-known company from the Marches, an international leader in the sector of design and production of high quality lighting fixtures and systems.
TIPO – TIP-Pre IPO SpA – which was assisted in the operation by the Craca Di Carlo Guffanti Pisapia Tatozzi studio – then finalized the envisaged investment which led it to acquire, also through the subscription of a specific capital increase, a total investment equal to 14,29% of the share capital of iGuzzini Illuminazione. At the same time, TIPO also finalized agreements on the new governance of iGuzzini and its subsidiaries with FIMAG – Finanziaria Mariano Guzzini SpA, the controlling holding company of all the shareholdings in the iGuzzini industrial group.
