Pisa airport is about to end up in the hands of Corporacion America Italy. L'private shareholder of Airgest SpA and former manager of Trapani airport, in fact, it has extended for another 10 days the period of participation in the takeover bid of Sat, the company that manages the Galileo Galilei airport in Pisa.
This was announced by the company in a note in which it specified that the subscription period for the offer will end at 17.30 on 17 June and that the consideration for the offer – 14,22 euros per share – will be paid to those accepting the offer on June 24th.
