Roma wins the derby and flies very high in the standings

With an overwhelming double at the beginning of the second half, Roma won a very exciting derby in the capital, putting Lazio down and seriously placing their candidacy for the Scudetto just two points behind Napoli and with one game to recover.

The Giallorossi took the lead from a penalty on the 2nd of the second half due to a naive foul by Bastos: by scoring, Perotti broke the balance along which the derby had developed. Then, just a few minutes later, came the blow from Nainggolan who beat Strakosha from twenty meters away.

Two goals down, Lazio tried to regroup, also thanks to some spot-on substitutions from Inzaghi such as Lukaku's on the left wing. And in fact, from the developments of the game, Lazio found the penalty of hope for a foul by Manolas: Immobile transformed it but Roma held up well in the last minutes also because, wisely, Di Francesco made some substitutions that strengthened the defence.

Derby in Rome and a bit of disappointment at Lazio.
