2019 starts again in the name of flavors on First&Food, the FIRSTonline magazine entirely dedicated to the world of cooking, Made in Italy and the agri-food industry. Chef of the week is Ernesto Iaccarino from Campania, at the helm of the legendary restaurant for 10 years “Don Alfonso 1890″ in Sant'Agata sui due golfi, near the Amalfi coast. The restaurant, founded by great-grandfather Alfonso Costanzo in 1890, therefore has a history of over one hundred years. Until Sant'Agata didn't even get electricity (that area of ​​the peninsula had been isolated for centuries) and the Iaccarinos got it at their expense. Over the decades, politicians, artists, industrialists and even a minister have passed through that place.

The weekend recipe is signed by Iaccarino and is a dish that couldn't be more Mediterranean: linguine with clams and zucchini. Then on First&Food there is obviously also space for wines, with the sommelier Francesca Zaccarelli presenting the sparkling wine Riserva Nobile 2014 d'Araprì.
