Juve and Lazio celebrate and climb the standings, Inter and Roma froth anger but Napoli are unstoppable, play poker against Toro and count down the days left to celebrate the Scudetto

Juve clears San Siro and knocks out Inter, Lazio win the derby against Roma and are second

They enjoy Juventus e Lazio, but Inter e Roma they froth anger. The Sunday of the big matches, just as expected, did not disappoint expectations, giving very heavy results for the standings and arbitration controversies destined to be talked about for a long time. This is especially the case at San Siro, where Juventus success is the son of a Kostic's goal born from a possible touch with Rabiot's arm, but beyond this (we'll talk more about it shortly) three platinum points remain for Allegri, back in the Champions League race despite the minus 15: if the penalty were removed on April 19, the Lady could find herself in second place alone. At the moment though the silver square is from Lazio, victorious over Roma in a derby with very high competitive tension, at the expense of an Inter forced to deal with the ninth defeat of their championship: Inzaghi thus remains in the Champions group, just like Pioli, Mourinho and Gasperini: no one can say satisfied with the journey, even more so with the uncertainty relating to Juventus. In all of this there is the usual Napoli that continues to win and put on a show, so much so that he even reached 19 points over the second: the Scudetto is getting closer and closer, as well as deserved as never before.

Inter 0-1 Juventus: Kostic decides, but the referees' controversies are unleashed over a (possible) touch with Rabiot's arm

It was Kostic who decided the Italian derby, but the attention is all on Rabiot and his possible touch with the arm at the beginning of the action: clear from some shots, much more doubtful according to others. Impossible, after hours, to establish with absolute certainty whether there was a foul or not, let alone in the four minutes in which Var Mazzoleni stopped the match to settle the matter, then opting for a "no contest" which confirmed the referee Chiffi, therefore the goal of Juventus 1-0. Completely missed instead the next one touch with Vlahovic's arm, not in the immediate rebound with Rabiot, but on the following check: images shown in the late evening by Mediaset, evidently more effective than the Var room, which is also a few kilometers away. Decisive episode, but then there's the match and there Juve have been able to manage it better, bringing it to the most congenial pitch. In fact, the figure on ball possession (69% for Inter) is not deceiving, because the Nerazzurri have created little compared to the amount of play created, once again showing themselves to be confused and lackluster. Juve, by now specialists in the short muzzle, held up well to the assault, until the final confusion which led to the expulsions of Paredes and D'Ambrosio.

Inzaghi furious: "There was a clear arm on the goal, it's unacceptable: we ask for respect!"

“There is great bitterness for a defeat that happened in this way, we had promised each other not to speak again after Monza because something very serious had happened, but this time something else happened – thundered Inzaghi in the press room -. It is unacceptable in Var time, as well as being told that there are no images. We ask for respect, there's no need to talk about it, it's 100% boom. It's also difficult to comment on the game, we also did well because the boys stayed in the game after reviewing the goal in the interval. It's a clearly flawed defeat, which slows down our ranking and makes us take a step back on our path".

Allegri doesn't agree: "We never talk about referees, we are gentlemen"

“It wasn't an easy match, but it was important for us – thought Allegri -. We won a physical game and played well under offensive pressure, even if we missed many easy solutions. In these races we need to be more precise because in the second half we had four sensational chances, however winning before the break was important. Arbitration controversy? Don't make me angry, there is the Var and the decisions must be accepted, the episodes are taken for better or for worse. We don't make a lot of noise, we are gentlemen and we accept, the less we talk about the referees the more we make them work serenely”.

Lazio – Roma 1-0, Zaccagni and Ibanez lead the biancocelesti to second place

The other fundamental victory of the day is that of Lazio, who takes the derby thanks to Zaccagni's goal. The success, in addition to making the Biancoceleste people enjoy the second derby win of the season (it hadn't happened for eleven years), is worth a sensational second place in the standings, also thanks to the aforementioned defeat by Inter. In short, the Champions League goal is no longer just a dream, especially since Lazio, when they resume after the break, won't even have the European cups anymore and will be able to concentrate only on the championship. As previously mentioned, a goal by Zaccagni was decisive, which transformed a quasi-total supremacy into gold, also the result of Ibanez's expulsion: the madness of the Brazilian, author of an unnecessary foul despite having already been booked, forced Roma in a match of great sacrifice, which had Casale's own goal as its only ring immediately after the Lazio advantage, then canceled due to offside by Smalling. In short, a well-deserved success, but this didn't prevent a decidedly fiery post-match, just like the one in Milan.

Five expelled and clash in the locker room between Lotito and Mourinho: federal investigation in sight

Three expelled between the pitch (Ibanez) and the benches (Roma goalkeeper coach and a Sarri collaborator) during the 90 minutes, even five considering the finale, which also saw Cristante and Marusic added to the list. The worst, however, happened near the changing rooms, with one clash between Romagnoli and Mancini which didn't degenerate into a brawl just because of theintervention by Lotito, rushed to divide them. At that point, however, he came out Jose Mourinho, authorized to be there despite the disqualification from the commissioner (version of the Giallorossi), who addressed the Lazio president with a "what the f... look?!" definitely piqued. “This is my home, who are you? You shouldn't even be here” Lotito's vitriolic reply, before Tiago Pinto managed to restore peace, all while an outbreak of brawl was igniting between Foti (Mou's deputy) and Luis Alberto. “The problem is that when you lose you should keep quiet – commented the Spanish midfielder -. They talked too much before the match, as they always do, now they have been inc… and they have to keep quiet, it's simple”. In short, it was not the derby of elegance and fair play, so much so that the federal prosecutor could open an investigation: the material, in the light of what happened, is certainly not lacking…

Turin - Naples 0-4, Spalletti laughs: "They said we would drop after the World Cup, the others did..."

Napoli's successes wouldn't even make the news anymore, if it weren't for the way they are collected on time. Even in Turin, on a pitch that could prove to be treacherous, the Azzurri literally tore their opponents to pieces, as if the points up for grabs were the decisive ones for the Scudetto. In reality, the advantage is even 19 points with only 11 games to go, but it doesn't matter: Spalletti's team is always hungry and the secret of such domination probably lies right here. The emblem of that is osimhencapable of scoring yet another brace, but also to chase, press, despair for every wasted opportunity: a phenomenon of nature, a perfect symbol of this super Naples. However, the others are no less, given that kvaratskhelia he returns home with yet another combination of goals and assists, the defenders let nothing pass, the midfield manages the ball at will: he even went into the net Ndombele, demonstrating that the group is united and compact towards the goal, including those who play less. "The players have shown great hunger, once again I went to talk to the boys before the match with the fear that there was a bit of satisfaction, but they have shown me that they are made of a different stuff - Spalletti's analysis -. They want to give a signal to the shirt they are wearing, as a Neapolitan saying goes: those who are hungry cannot sleep. Our results raise the doubt that the pursuers do little, but the truth is that we are doing extraordinary things, it is not the fault or demerit of those who are pursuing, but it is the merit of the Napoli players. It was said that we would have problems after the break, there were targeted broadcasts because we had to be the ones who suffered the most difficulties after the World Championship... It wasn't like that, the others suffered them".
