Juve will no longer publish the quarterly reports

Juventus will no longer publish the quarterly accounts, but only the mid-year and end-of-year reports. The Juventus club communicated it in a note, which it exploits in this way the assist arrived last week from Consob.

"Following the implementation of the Transparency directive (legislative decree n. 25 of 15 February 2016, legislative decree 25/2016) which eliminated the obligation to publish the Interim Management Reports - reads the club's press release -, starting starting from the 2016/2017 financial year, Juventus will no longer publish these reports with reference to the first and third quarters of the financial year, consequently modifying its financial calendar".

The note also informs that the ordinary shareholders' meeting approved the financial statements as at 30 June 2016, which closed with a net profit of 4,1 million euro (up compared to the 2,3 recorded in the same period of the last year), which was entirely allocated to reserves. As a result, no dividends have been paid.

Today Juventus shares are up 1,2% to €0,298.
